Acronis joins Romanian Banking Institute’s financial literacy program to deliver cyber safety classes for teens

As part of Acronis’ ongoing mission to spread digital knowledge and protect future generations, Bianca Ceocea, Account Manager at Acronis Romania, recently led two impactful cyber safety sessions for youth in collaboration with the Romanian Banking Institute.

On April 2, Bianca engaged with a group of young adults aged 16–19, while on April 8, she returned to speak with 12–15-year-old teenagers. These interactive classes focused on key topics crucial for today’s digital world — from identifying online threats and creating strong passwords to enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), understanding the risks of oversharing online, and even exploring the role of artificial intelligence in cybersecurity.

The sessions aimed to equip participants with practical tools to navigate the digital space safely and responsibly. We’re proud of Bianca’s contribution and the growing collaboration between Acronis and local institutions in raising cyber awareness among Romania’s youth.
