As part of Acronis’ ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility and community engagement, our volunteers across the region have once again stepped up to support local reforestation initiatives bringing our values to life and helping shape a more sustainable tomorrow.
In Serbia, the Acronis team continued its collaboration with the NGO Šuma Peva (“The Forest Sings”), building on efforts first launched in 2024 in Novi Sad and Belgrade. This spring, volunteers planted 100 new trees near the Pavle Savić School in Belgrade — a location chosen not only for its proximity to the community but also for its educational significance. The setting reinforces an important message: teaching future generations about the value of nature and the role we all play in protecting it.
Looking beyond the day’s planting, the team has a long-term vision for the area. They hope to gradually transform the space into a small community park and are committed to maintaining and improving it in the coming years. Their goal is to create a welcoming green space that benefits students, families, and neighbors alike.

These initiatives aren’t just one-time events — they’re part of a steady effort at Acronis to support local communities and the environment. What started with one team has encouraged others to get involved, showing how small, practical actions can add up and make a real difference over time. We’re proud to see this spirit spreading throughout the Acronis community. When positive ideas catch on, they drive collaboration, encourage creativity, and make a real difference. Because sometimes, meaningful change doesn’t start with grand gestures — it starts with a shovel, a seedling, and a team of people who care.
