Supporting hands-on STEAM learning at Molo Mhlaba School

Our collaboration with Molo Mhlaba School in Khayelitsha, Cape Town, South Africa, continued this year with another small step forward. After previously supporting the construction of a school building, we have now equipped the school’s engineering classes with new robotics sets. These tools give students the opportunity to learn by building, testing, and experimenting — turning theory into practice and curiosity into real-world skills.

Robotics and hands-on STEAM learning play a key role in helping students develop problem-solving abilities, creativity, and confidence in working with technology. In the classroom, these new resources make abstract concepts tangible and encourage active participation, collaboration, and exploration.

Molo Mhlaba School focuses on creating quality learning opportunities for girls from underserved communities, helping them build a strong foundation for the future. As we wrap up the year, this initiative reflects the value of sustained, long-term support and the impact it can have when education is paired with the right tools and environment.

Looking ahead to the new year, we invite our partners to join our mission and continue supporting education that empowers the next generation of leaders and innovators.

Acronis Cyber Foundation Program welcomes individuals, groups, and companies to partner with us to work side-by-side with underserved communities to bring them hope through education.
