In February 2026, Acronis, together with its partners, will mark an important milestone in its long-term commitment to digital inclusion and education. We are proud to announce the official opening of a new computer classroom at Escuela Rural Productiva in Tepetzintan, Puebla, Mexico — and we warmly invite our Acronis partners to join us for this special occasion.

Escuela Rural Productiva is a unique rural high school serving around 80 students. Its educational model combines modern learning with the preservation of ancestral agricultural knowledge, helping safeguard indigenous language and culture. Many students and community members speak Náhuatl alongside Spanish, making access to digital tools especially critical for expanding educational and career opportunities.
The opening ceremony will take place on February 17, 2026, with an optional multi-day program combining the school visit with cultural experiences in Mexico. Partners and friends of Acronis are invited to attend, meet the students and teachers, and see firsthand how technology can transform education when combined with strong local partnerships.
Acronis will cover:
- Opening ceremony organization
- Ground transportation within Mexico
- Meals during the program
- Professional photography and videography services
Partners are responsible for international flights, accommodation, and travel insurance, with sightseeing options available for those who wish to extend their stay.
How partners can contribute
While participation in the ceremony is valuable in itself, partners who wish to deepen their impact are encouraged to support the school in additional ways:
- Bring small gifts for students, such as stationery or books; Acronis can share a list of the school’s needs upon request.
- Donate written-off laptops or tablets that can be repurposed for learning.
These contributions — while entirely optional — can significantly enhance the learning environment and directly benefit students who have limited access to technology
Why participate
By joining the opening ceremony, partners will:
- Support a high-impact educational initiative with long-term community benefits
- Experience an authentic, meaningful program beyond traditional corporate travel
- Be recognized as supporting partners across Acronis communication channels
- Receive professional event footage for their own CSR and marketing use
- Have the option to involve employees or family members, strengthening shared purpose and engagement
Be part of the moment
We believe that meaningful change happens when committed partners come together around a shared purpose. The opening of the Tepetzintan computer classroom is more than a ceremony — it is a celebration of collaboration, education, and opportunity.
