On November 9th, the Acronis Japan team joined hundreds of volunteers in the Tokyo Bay clean-up. Under the slogan “Let’s turn Odaiba into a beach where you can swim and walk barefoot!”, this clean-up campaign is held three times a year—in June, September, and November—at Odaiba Seaside Park. The initiative, started by local residents at the request of the Japan Coast Guard, aims to preserve the global environment and create a swimmable beach for everyone to enjoy.

This year’s November event saw an impressive turnout of 832 participants, who collectively removed around 125 kilograms of trash. Among these dedicated volunteers were eight members of the Acronis team and their family members, proudly contributing to the mission of keeping our planet clean and sustainable.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our team for stepping up as responsible citizens and making a meaningful impact in the local community. Through small but powerful actions like this, we can all play a part in building a cleaner, healthier planet.
