Our first school in Cambodia opened its doors to 453 students in December 2018 and it’s been growing ever since! Our partner, Child’s Dream, shared that within a year of the school’s opening, the Prei Changha Primary School had a 20% increase in attendance (592 students and counting). The students are excited about their new school and continue to thrive in this improved learning environment.

The Prei Changha Primary School has made an impact on the parents in the community, too. A few months ago, they banded together to help with the construction of an upgrading project. Thanks to their participation and hard work, the school now has a concrete road leading onto the premises. The children no longer have to trek through a muddy walkway when it rains, improving their experience and helping to keep the school clean.

And with new playground equipment installed, the children can enjoy the freedom of playing with their friends in a safe environment!
