Project implementation
The program is designed to support adults who moved to Switzerland from communities all over the world in search of better living conditions. It provides them with IT skills necessary for employment and daily life in modern society. The project also includes a series of soft skill master-classes, during which volunteers from Acronis and our partner organization the Constructor Group will share their own experience in good presentation-making, effective learning, and job interview best practices.
The two pilot groups of 21 students in total finished their intense 5-week training on August 7, 2020. Their families, friends, tutors and local authorities joined the students for a small graduation ceremony to share this meaningful moment with them and wished success in their future endeavors.
