On May 24, our Foundation ambassadors in Belgrade, Serbia, organized a clean-up along the Danube river promenade.

While the activity was initially planned for the riverside, the team quickly adjusted when they discovered a large amount of plastic bottles and waste directly in the river. They shifted their efforts to remove debris from the water, maximizing their environmental impact.

In total, 107 kg of waste was collected, contributing to a cleaner and healthier ecosystem.

The initiative ended on a positive and social note, with a small picnic in a nearby park, a moment to celebrate the team’s effort and dedication.
