At Acronis, we believe that technology and education together can empower the next generation to shape a brighter future. That’s why we were proud to support the second edition of “Buki Fest: How Ideas Shine”, organized by Telerik Academy Foundation and the educational platform Buki.bg, held on May 16, 2026, at the Congress Center in Burgas.
This inspiring festival once again brought together students, teachers, technology companies, and education advocates from across Bulgaria to celebrate creativity, innovation, and the power of ideas. The event welcomed more than 340 participants from 13 locations, with over 140 students presenting more than 50 projects developed throughout the school year under the guidance of more than 50 dedicated teachers.
The exhibition area was filled with imagination and ingenuity. Students showcased an impressive variety of projects, including smart city models, mobile applications, educational games, websites, comics, educational robots, posters, and sustainable technology concepts. The atmosphere throughout the day reflected the festival’s mission: giving young people a platform where their ideas can truly shine. Beyond the student expo, the festival featured inspiring talks, science demonstrations, audiovisual presentations, and workshops for teachers focused on innovative teaching methods, professional development, and well-being. The event truly became a meeting point between education, technology, and community.
We were especially delighted to see the enthusiasm and confidence of the participating students as they presented their work to visitors, teachers, partners, and fellow participants. Events like Buki Fest demonstrate how meaningful education, creativity, and technology can inspire young minds to become the innovators and problem-solvers of tomorrow.
