On April 24, the Tempe team launched a new Acronis Cyber Foundation volunteer initiative with Friends for Life, a local non-profit dog shelter in Arizona. The first phase focused on hands-on support at the shelter, helping improve how donated items are stored and managed so the organization can operate more efficiently.

Employees volunteered their time to reorganize and clean the donation shed, assist with lifting and relocating materials, and support a clearer inventory of items received by the shelter. Improving the organization of donated resources helps the shelter operate more efficiently and ensures supplies are easily accessible when needed.

This first on-site action delivered immediate, practical support to Friends for Life by improving the organization of donated resources. It also marked the starting point of a broader collaboration with the shelter. Additional information on next steps and opportunities for employee involvement will be shared in the coming months.
