New digital empowerment program supports women re-entering the community in Arizona

On July 25, Acronis Cyber Foundation Ambassadors Hyla and Crystal launched the first session of a new Cyber Awareness & Digital Empowerment Training program in Tempe, Arizona, welcoming seven women preparing for re-entry into their communities.

The program is designed to help participants build confidence with technology while developing practical skills for everyday life and future employment opportunities. Topics include digital basics, online safety, scam awareness, responsible social media use, job readiness tools, and practical applications of AI.

By providing access to digital knowledge in a supportive learning environment, the initiative helps create new opportunities for women working toward a successful transition and greater independence.

For many participants, digital confidence can be the first step toward new opportunities. Through initiatives like this, technology becomes not only a tool, but a pathway to a stronger future.💙
