On October 17, 2026, members of the Acronis team in Japan took part in the Roppongi Cleanup, continuing their commitment to supporting cleaner and healthier communities.

The event marked the team’s 14th cleanup overall and its second cleanup activity in Tokyo this year. Around 80 participants, including colleagues, community members, and partners, came together to improve the local environment and collected an impressive 120 kg of litter.

The cleanup highlights the value of collective action and community engagement in creating cleaner public spaces. While the results were encouraging, participants also noted a significant number of discarded cigarette butts, more than at any of the team’s previous cleanup events, underscoring the ongoing need for environmental awareness and responsible waste disposal.

Through recurring volunteer initiatives like this one, Acronis employees continue to contribute to positive environmental impact and stronger local communities.
